Paramedical courses, it is necessary to have a minimum pass score of 45% in the 12th examination
Reserved category students must have a minimum pass score of 33% for admission to paramedical courses.
The age of the applicant should not be less than 17 years as on 31st December (every academic session).
Such applicants who are working in any institution, they will have to submit their application through proper channel by attaching the no-object certificate. No seats are reserved for serving employees.
Application forms can be submitted directly to the institution's office, Sri Sitaram Goswami Institute of Paramedical Sciences Agaganj, Tikri, Ayodhya (U.P.)
It is mandatory for the applicant to attach the prescribed necessary documents with the application form. In case of any deficiency in the documents, the students will not be admitted.
